ARE KEEP HEALTHY SNACKS PEANUT/NUT  FREE?  No. We often produce products with various nuts such as pecans, walnuts, cashews and other tree nuts. Therefore we recommend anyone with a peanut or other nut allergy not to consume our products. We are an FDA registered facility and exceed all FDA requirements.

ARE KEEP HEALTHY SNACKS GLUTEN-FREE? Yes. All Keep Healthy products are certified Gluten-free. Our products are tested for gluten and exceed all FDA requirements.

ARE ALL YOUR INGREDIENTS NON-GMO? Yes. All of our ingredients are non-GMO. GMOs (or “Genetically Modified Organisms”) are living organisms whose genetic material has been artificially manipulated in a laboratory through genetic engineering. We are GMO Guard certified by the Natural Food Certifiers. 

DO YOU USE ANY SUGAR? All of our ingredients are 100% Natural and we do not ADD any Refined Sugars, Sugar Alcohols, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Stevia &/or Agave - just whole fruit and nuts. All of our dried fruits are NO SO2 (Sulfur Dioxide) which means NO PRESERVATIVES! Some fruits contain CANE SUGAR, which is added at the Farm. At the Keep Healthy facility, we do not add ANY sugar to our products during the manufacturing process.

ARE KEEP HEALTHY SNACKS KOSHER? All our ingredients are Kosher Certified by NFC (Natural Food Certifiers.)

WHERE ARE KEEP HEALTHY PRODUCTS MADE? All Keep Healthy products are proudly made in the USA in our own manufacturing facility. We proudly source all of our wrappers, packaging and promotional materials from local owned suppliers.

WHAT MEASURES DO YOU TAKE AGAINST CROSS-CONTAMINATION? Our manufacturing facilities follow strict regulations and have implemented the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) program to ensure product safety. An Allergen Management Plan is included in this program. We perform a full line cleanse when transitioning from allergen containing products, which includes testing for any allergenic protein to ensure the line is free of any previous allergens. These allergens include peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, sesame and soy.

WHAT IS A SUPERFOOD? A nutrient-rich food considered to be especially beneficial for health and well being. Compared to other dried fruits such as apricots and figs, dates are a good source of compounds with antioxidant activity, with the potential to protect cells against free radical damage. We use Organic Chicory Root in all of our Organic Low Glycemic Protein bars & Organic 15g. Protein bars as well as use Organic Matcha Green Tea in our Low Glycemic Lemon Zest bar.

At Keep Healthy we take your personal information very seriously and have partnered with a leading payment gateway to accept credit card payments safely and securely for our customers. Our Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks in order to safeguard against the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. When making purchases through our secure server, you are protected by Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology, used by most browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome. This technology allows us to utilize advanced encryption in order to protect the information transmitted between your computer and our server. HOW DO YOU SHIP AND WHAT IS THE COST? We currently ship via Federal Express, United Postal Service & US Postal Service.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal & Amazon Checkout.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED? Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER? Because our orders process quickly, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been placed.

MAY I CUSTOMIZE MY CASE? YES, we offer the ability to customize your 16 Bar cases via our online store. Please select the individual flavor or flavor combinations.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? YES, we are able to ship internationally.

CAN YOU SHIP TO A PO BOX, APO OR FPO ADDRESS? We will indeed ship your orders to a PO Box, APO or FPO address via the US Postal Service.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP? All of our products are made to order in small quantities, so availability is subject to change.  Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery. However, orders that are available - ship IMMEDIATELY and generally are received at your mailing address within 1-3 days of receipt of order. (excluding weekends)

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR MY ORDER? A shipment confirmation containing the FedEx, UPS or USPS tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is fulfilled.
