If you're looking for a no-fuss snack bar or protein bar with simple ingredients that will keep you energized throughout the day, you've come to the right place. Our healthy snack bars contain only the good stuff, including nuts, fruit, dark chocolate, and other whole foods.
We're The Same... But Different
We know how important it is to you that you can respond to your sugar cravings with something that's genuinely satisfying, but still amazingly beneficial for you. We felt it was important that our new packaging was enhanced to have a super clean appearance, to reflect the ingredients that we use in our products.
Don't you hate it when you go to check out a "low sugar", "natural" or "fat-free" snack or granola bar's nutritional value, only to find that it's packed full of 20-plus ingredients, half of them that you can't even pronounce?
It's frustrating not knowing exactly what your snack bars or protein bars contain - but knowing enough that it isn't the fuel your body needs. Even more frustrating is when these bars are advertised for the calories they contain, as if being low in calories automatically makes them great for you. We all know that's far from the truth!
At Keep Healthy, all of our bars are simple, not scary. They're a great source of protein, are gluten free, and contain 100% plant based ingredients. They're free from added sugar, and contain no artificial sweeteners, no sugar alcohols, and no high-fructose corn syrup. Additionally, our new products now have an extra perk to be excited about - they're certified Orthodox Union Kosher, which you will find proudly printed on our new packaging.
The Energy You Need
If you're smart about your diet, you'll know that calories are nothing to be afraid of. Our snack bars and protein bars contain all the ingredients you love, including chocolate, fruit, delicious peanut butter alternatives (ever heard of sunflower butter?), sea salt, and other healthy fats. They offer a source of vegan protein - our low glycemic protein bars have up to 15 grams of protein per bar - and will genuinely fill you up.
Whether you consider yourself something of a health warrior, you want a protein bar that doesn't contain egg whites and other bizarre ingredients, or you're just looking to avoid the junk food that overwhelms the supermarket shelves today, you'll find the guilt-free snacking foods you need right here on our site.
Our snack bar options are friendly on the eye and on the stomach. They're free from mysterious sugars and artificial preservatives, are great sources of vegan friendly protein, and knock high-sugar granola bars right out of the park. Yet each bar still gives you what you're looking for (let's face it, a world without chocolate would be a very sad world indeed).
